How do you turn a ubiquitous brand known for convenience items into a millennial lovin' food haven? We engaged the customer to understand current perceptions and desired state, and developed a concept that surpassed expectations. A focus on fresh and made-to-order foods drove the solution, with an updated design aesthetic and brand language that complements. Both sales and customer engagement results exceeded expectations, and 7-Eleven continues to implement scalable elements of this design into their core fleet of stores.
